About
Corny for 8 Ball Duels Open the menu with Right Shift (or click the watermark). Every setting is saved between sessions. SHOT PATHS - Shows the full path of every ball for the shot you're aiming, not just the first hit: where the cue ball goes, every ball it touches and where each one ends up. - Coloured dots on the pockets: green when one of your balls goes in, red for anything you don't want in. - Can show your opponent's aim on their turn too. - Line thickness and dot colours are up to you. SHOT HELPER - A band next to the power meter shows which strengths pot one of your balls (green) and which ones foul or lose (red), lined up with the meter's cue. - The menu tells you what goes in and at which strength, like "3 goes in at 42-61%". AUTO-AIM Press F on your turn and it finds and plays the best shot on the table. - Looks at straight pots, combos, banks, kicks and trick shots, with draw, follow and side spin, and plans the shot it leaves itself next. - Every shot is checked against the game's own rules: it never plays a foul or a losing shot when a legal one exists, and never sinks the 8 early. - Nothing to pot? It plays a safety: hits one of your balls and leaves the cue ball where your opponent has a hard shot, or none at all. - Always goes for the win when there is one. - Plays like a person: while it thinks, the cue looks around at the shots it's weighing, then it lines the shot up with a few small corrections, pauses, charges and shoots. - Press F again while it aims for the next best shot, or X to cancel (both keys can be changed). Move your mouse to take the aim back, or click to take the shot yourself. - Works in trickshot puzzles too. - Thinking time slider: longer finds harder shots. AIM SETTINGS (used by Auto-Aim and Auto-Farm) - Shot choice: turn combos, banks, kicks, trick shots, spin and safeties on or off, choose how much it plans position, and whether it prefers softer or firmer shots. - How it aims: look around while thinking, aim speed, how many corrections, how far off the first sweep lands, the pause before the shot, charge time, and whether to skip all of it against computer players. - Each section has a Reset to default. AUTO-FARM Press Start and walk away. - Joins the best venue you can play (or the best one that fills with computer players, or any venue you pick), plays every turn and starts the next match. - Places the ball in hand itself, dragging it across the table like a player would. - Tells you whether your opponent is a computer or a real player. Against computer players it plays fast, thinks as long as it can and never misses on purpose: it plays to win. Against real players it plays like a person and can miss safely now and then (you set how often). - Never misses on purpose with a win on the table. - Counts your wins and losses, leaves the result screen and opens your reward cards for you. - Keeps you from getting kicked for being idle. - When the game moves you to another server, Corny loads again by itself and the farm carries on where it left off. - Stop gives you the cue back at once.
