Sponsor terms

1. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over. Give us your legal name, or your company's name, and a billing address. If you buy for a company, you confirm you can bind it.

2. What you're buying

A card for one RoScripts listing of yours, or for your website, in one placement, for the dates and the share of the slot on your invoice. We don't promise a number of views or clicks, and we'll tell you both whenever you ask. If RoScripts is down for more than a day of your booking, we refund those days or add them to your next booking, as you prefer.

3. Paying

You pay the invoice in full before the first day. If it isn't paid by then, the card doesn't run and the booking lapses. Prices are in pounds sterling. If you're a business outside the UK, you account for any VAT where you are.

4. What the card shows

A script card shows your listing's thumbnail, title, game, owner and short description, as they appear on the listing, and is marked Sponsored and Checked by Scriptsight. A website card shows your name, your domain and one line of up to 90 characters that we approve, and is marked Sponsored. Every card links through RoScripts: a script card to your listing, a website card to the landing page we approved.

5. What we never take

Whatever the price, we don't take:

• Executors, exploits and anything to download.
• Roblox item trading or value sites.
• Gambling, crypto, "free Robux", and selling or boosting accounts.
• Anything that asks for a Roblox login.
• Adult content.
• Link shorteners and redirect chains.

A card also can't claim what we can't check, such as "undetected" or "100% safe", or copy our badges, buttons or warnings.

6. Checks

A script card runs only while every current build of the listing runs clean in Live Run, including a second run as a different player, the listing has no warning, notice or "Reported broken" or "May be detected" label, nothing is open on it or your account in Singer, our sandbox, and your account has no strike, hold, ban or suspension. We read the code it loads again every hour while the card runs.

A website card runs only after we've checked the domain's age, Google Safe Browsing, our lists of banned and fake-Roblox sites and the landing page, and approved the page. The page must stay on your domain, have no login or password form and not redirect. We fetch it again every hour. If it changes much from what we approved, it needs our approval again before the card comes back.

7. Shared source

If your script isn't Scriptsight Verified, for example because it's obfuscated, you give us the readable source of the build players run. We keep it private, show it to no one outside our staff, use it only to run it beside your build in Singer and check they behave the same, and delete it 30 days after your card ends. The card runs only once we've confirmed they match, and each new build needs the same check. If the source you gave us isn't the source of your build, the card ends under term 9.

8. When a check fails

The card stops showing at once, and we tell you why. Once it passes again during the booking, we can put the card back. We refund the days it didn't show, pro rata, within 14 days of the booking ending.

9. Harm

If your listing steals from, spies on or phishes the people who run it, or was built to behave differently in our sandbox, or your site serves malware, phishing or a Roblox login, the card comes down at once and the booking ends with no refund for the rest of it. We deal with the listing and your account under our Terms of Service, as we would for anyone.

10. No other deals

The card doesn't buy links, reviews, rankings, a Verified badge, a different moderation outcome or anything else on RoScripts. Don't ask staff or creators for any of these as part of the deal.

11. No tracking

You may not add tracking pixels, scripts or redirects to the card, or ask us to. We count views and clicks ourselves, without an id or a cookie, and send the numbers to you.

12. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use what's on the card and on your landing page, and that it's accurate. You give us permission to show the card for the booking.

13. Cancelling

You can cancel before the first day for a full refund. After that, there's no refund for the rest of the booking, except under term 8. We can cancel a booking at any time and refund the unused days, or end it under term 9.

14. Liability

Our total liability to you under these terms is limited to what you paid for the booking. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

15. Changes

We'll tell you about changes to these terms at least 30 days before your next booking starts. Bookings already paid keep the terms they were bought under. Questions go to [email protected].
